Morrison Utility Services are at the forefront in Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981, throughout the utility industry.

Morrison has extensive experience of both client and contractor TUPE transferring a total of around 1250 employees.

Morrison have also transferred approximately 650 personnel from Norwich City Council and 850 in North Lanarkshire to undertake a range of services, having secured a ten year facilities / works management contract covering the former Direct Labour operations.

Morrison has experience of a total TUPE transfer over 5000 personnel.
