Since it is the people in our business that makes us who we are, it’s our responsibility to make sure we look after them and get the best out of each one.  Morrison is therefore committed to the general well-being and development of its entire work force. 

The most important thing in our business is to make sure that each and every one of our employees goes home safe to their families each night

Safety is our licence to operate, and as a demonstration of our safety record, RoSPA has chosen to honour us with the Construction Sector Award for 2005 and 2006 as well as being commended (placed third) in 2007.

Investor in People

Morrison Utility Services is recognised as an “Investor in People” and in 2007 was reaccredited for a further three years, which now lasts up to September 2010. 

Morrison first gained recognition as an Investor in People in February 1995 and this latest recognition will take our accreditation up to 15 years as an Investor in People.
