Leading repairs and maintenance provider Morrison, which was awarded Thurrock Council's housing repairs contract in March has now commenced work in the area and has already carried out over 1,100 repairs in the first three weeks of the contract.

Morrison has been selected as preferred bidder by North Lanarkshire Council (NLC) for the provision of housing and property maintenance services for the next 10 years.

Children living in Beechdale who faced having their activity club cancelled for the duration of the summer holidays, due to a lack of funding, have had their summer brightened thanks to Beechdale Community Housing Association (BCHA) and their maintenance partner Morrison.
