Phillip graduated from Salford University in 1978 with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics.
Philip has spent the whole of his career working in specialist out-sourcing, in both public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in the outsourcing and re-engineering of support services for both the public and private sector, working with organisations such as Turner and Townsend Construction Consultants, Servus Facilities Management and Previously he was MD of Mapeley Ltd, a unique service business combining property ownership with full facilities and service management.

Prior to the merger of the Anglian Water and Morrison businesses, Charles was Managing Director of Morrison Asset Management, which comprised Utilities and Government Services. Charles has been responsible for the Utilities business for the last 14 years.
During his early career, Charles worked for BP on major construction projects throughout the UK and Europe. Over the last 20 years he has had extensive experience in all sectors of the utilities industry. Charles is a qualified Quantity Surveyor, having graduated from Napier University, Edinburgh. Charles is also a Fellow of the Institute of Cost Engineers.
