Simon Hayes is Managing Director South and is a chartered surveyor by profession. He has extensive experience both in the housing and local government sectors and has driven significant and lasting service improvement to Morrison contracts in Scotland, the Midlands and the South East. Simon has been with Morrison since 1994 and has carried out a number of operational roles.
