Sara Robertson is Director of People and Organisational Development. Her role at Morrison is to create a visible strategic proactive HR and SHE team by enabling an effective two way engagement between staff, customers and clients.  Sara has worked at director level in a number of blue chip companies in diverse industry sectors including telecoms, manufacturing, infrastructure and construction and is a HR and Change Management Specialist.
