Ladies Annual Charity Day

Morrison and MPC were delighted to co-sponsor the Annual Charity Ladies Day and Fashion Show in aid of St Andrew's Hospice in Airdrie. This is a hugely popular and high profile event which has successfully raised in excess of £100,000 for the Hospice, which provides specialist palliative care services in Lanarkshire.

Everyone involved thoroughly enjoyed themselves, supporting such a worthwhile cause which, from its humble beginnings of providing 4 beds for the terminally ill, now looks 120 patients each week with other services reaching more patients and their families across Lanarkshire.

The event was attended by MPC and Morrison friends and family, and invited guests from the Hospice.

MPC have also been supporting the Hospice, with volunteer workers from MPC providing assistance with events such as mailing exercises, sponsoring and supporting 13 mile midnight walk in which MPC raised a total of £1,700.00, as well as involvement in the forthcoming St Andrew's Day 6k fun run being held in November.

St Andrew's Hospice is very much at the heart of the Lanarkshire community and we were proud to provide our support.
