Multi Skills Training Day

A Multi Skills Training Day recently took place at Chartwell Business Park in Lambeth. It was a very productive day with the attendance of Quality Inspector George Shorey, Peckham Supervisor Leroy Talbott and operative Michael Llamas. 

Michael Llamas was shown various examples created on boards by Leroy Talbott.  Unpainted surfaces, primed surfaces and undercoated surfaces were shown to operatives with explanation of how to prepare each one, this included filling, rubbing down and making them ready for gloss finished surfaces. This was carried out in relation to reasonable standard of application to gloss finish to FED.
