PFI staff have been working tirelessly determination and commitment to get St Andrews Community Hospital project off to a healthy start!

One of the PFI team's latest Public Private Partnership projects is providing facilities management services to the St Andrews Community Hospital. This building is a flagship facility and so it is a coup for Morrison to be providing facilities management for the next 30 years.

Two full time technicians Paul Cook and Kenny Biskup, along with Contract Manager Lynn Christie and Salena Black, have worked hard these past few months in setting up both the office and maintenance schedule for the building. Staff in the Perth office, Claire Carruthers and Kenny Honeyman have also been instrumental in the implementation phases.

Working in the Hospital has enabled Morrison to establish a good working relationship with hospital staff as well as gain an indepth understanding of hospital procedures. Paul and Kenny have fitted in well on site with the NHS staff already treating them as part of the team. The new hospital has gone down well with the local residents now construction has been completed and all feedback is very favourable. Congratulations to the PFI team for this notable achievement.
