Mary Gober International Training

Morrison staff at Riverside recently underwent Mary Gober International (MGI) training in customer service excellence. MGI are the preferred training provider for Riverside Housing. The training was designed around the business that Morrison carries out on the Riverside contract. A couple of weeks prior to the first session being delivered the two trainers familiarised themselves by accompanying members of staff on the job so that they could see first hand the challenges that are faced on a daily basis.
