Practice Makes Perfect for Midlands Students

Morrison recently supported Waverley School in Birmingham facilitate a Practice Interview day by sending in Morrison Midlands staff member Debby Royds to put students through their paces.

The interview day involved 60 year 11 school students being given mock interviews designed to give them the practice they would need to prepare for real meetings after leaving school.

Morrison supported the event, with Debby both interviewing and providing feedback for 6 students in a professional capacity so they could get a fresh perspective to that of their teachers on their skills and strengths. The interviews helped boost the confidence of the students, who had all previously completed test application forms and cover letters to supplement their practice interviewing experience.
