Due to our continued success and rapid growth we are currently looking to recruit a Supervisor Capital Works to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contact. 

The role will be responsible for the daily planning, performance and supervision through to completion of planned and capital works.  You will oversee sub contractors and multi skilled in house operatives.  This will involve on site direct and indirect supervision ensuring strict health and safety adherence.  You will also work with the resident liaison team in providing relevant information for the planning and execution of works as well as carrying out and agreeing valuation with the client.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of skill, knowledge and experience of:

Knowledge of Building regulations

• Experience of compliance of CDM regulations
• Trade qualified background
• Hold Site Management Safety Training Scheme 2 day certificate
• Hold Scaffold Inspection Certificate
• Demonstrate experience in Health and Safety and related matters
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of Performance Management
• Experience of Quantity Surveying essential
• Full driving licence
