Morrison Facilities Services deliver repairs and maintenance services to 300,000 homes throughout the UK. Our clients range from local authority housing departments and Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMO’s) to housing associations and PFI special purpose vehicles.  We work in partnership with our clients to provide a modern, effective housing service to their residents. 

Typically over 20% of a residents rent payment is dedicated to the repair and maintenance of their houses. A responsive maintenance service is therefore a real indicator of the overall quality of the housing service that each resident receives. An efficient repairs service therefore has a positive impact upon a housing provider’s financial performance and the perceived quality of the service received by its residents.

We view the ultimate customer of our services as the residents of the homes we maintain and have a National Resident Liaison programme designed to ensure that we maintain the highest level of customer care at all times. Morrison also provide call centre solutions in partnering arrangements with a large number of our clients, so we are able to provide the immediate communication interface with residents as well as deliver the repair service, this promotes efficiency in administering responsive repairs request and facilitates rapid resolution of a task from the point of the residents call. 

Through modern partnering contracts we align our services to the long term needs our clients. This means that our services can be adapted as changes occur in the environment within which our clients delivers its services to tenants.

And because we work in long term partnering relationships with our clients, we are able to invest significantly in new technology and the training and development of our people. This has helped us develop processes that support a repairs and maintenance service that is very responsive and delivered by an extremely effective team of highly trained operatives.
