Catering Services

Morrison manages the provision of full catering and vending services, and have experience in the provision of catering services at all levels from staff canteens and residential facilities to corporate hospitality and executive dining. Successful service delivery in this area has been attained by understanding the different needs of individual sites and even individual customers.  Menus can be tailored to meet individual or ethnic group requirements.
Morrison has a catering specialist within our central FM team.
Qualified engineers or specialist contractors maintain all catering equipment.

Cleaning Services

Morrison provides full cleaning services on some contracts, for both office environments and residential premises. The environment at some sites is such that cleaning takes on a special importance (such as medical hygiene standards) and so we have experience of managing cleaning operations to a very high hygiene standard. The operations involved include not just daily cleaning but also periodic ‘deep cleans’ of specific areas and reactive cleaning when required.
Health and Safety is paramount when conducting our cleaning service and we ensure that materials are COSHH compliant and environmentally friendly.

Grounds Maintenance

Morrison provides a ground maintenance service on some contracts that incorporate grass-cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, weed killing, mulching and leaf clearance. Flexibility of the service is important as we are aware that different sites will have differing requirements.  Current contracts are delivered with both reactive callouts and pre-planned maintenance.  All PPM is seasonally profiled according to the sites needs

Security Services

Morrison understands that for our clients, security is of the highest importance and as a result the FM staff are CRB checked prior to employment to show our commitment. In some industries, there may be a need to look at employment of persons under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and where possible opportunities will be discussed on an individual basis with the client.

Some clients have a need for static guarding and Morrison are able to provide cover, in most instances, at very short notice and on a nationwide basis. Guarding at weekends and bank holidays is standard practice.

Other clients may require a key holding service where we take responsibility for either the locking up of premises or as the named response to the police on call-outs. Whatever the requirement, Morrison would be happy to look at what is best to meet each individual clients needs.

In addition the monitoring of security systems and installation of Redcare telephone lines can be arranged.

Office Services

Morrison can provide postal and portering services and Reception and/or Security facilities. Morrison also has experience in providing reprographic and bulk photocopying services.
