Project Management

Morrison can offer a full range of project management tools through our dedicated project team.  The client can purchase Project Management; normally an `add on’ to the regular FM services, in whole or part as Morrison have the capacity to deal with capital works programmes from conception to completion. All members of the projects division are trade qualified - enabling a full understanding of the needs of any client.

CAD technology is also available for space planning, new builds and/or extensions to existing premises. Information produced by our Projects administration team can be held on our CAFM system. 

Where possible we will self-deliver on projects but the Projects team  have the back up of an Approved supplier list that is maintained and reviewed at regular intervals. This enables Morrison to use local contractors for particular elements of a job. There is a strict criteria that companies need to meet in relation to Health and Safety and Finance in order to be used.  A strict `passport to work’ training and instruction session in conducted for everyone working for or in partnership with Morrison. This ensures a full understanding of Morrison culture and standards.

All work is assigned following a closed bid process to ensure best value for each client. The process for closed bids will vary and Morrison is happy to discuss and enforce any procedure that is workable to the individual client.
