Morrison provides a full range of FM services, which include the management of financial matters such as utility bill payments and dealings with local authorities. This service enables detailed trend analysis of costs and suggestions for cost saving initiatives.
Our FM service is backed by a full set of Quality Management procedures. As a business, Morrison is accredited with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001. It is Morrisons’ intention that each FM contract will be set up to achieve these accreditations to agreed timescales for each client
Morrison has an experienced and technically focused management field team with bases throughout the UK. The management team has been carefully selected to ensure sustainable development in all areas of the business. Within the team, there are specialists to cover all areas of the FM service to ensure that each client has confidence in our claim to `deliver what we promise’.
Often, service delivery is achieved by means of a number of service partners and the successful management of these is crucial to the success of our FM service. Performance of these partners is monitored on contracts through a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Scheme. Each month, the performance in all the service delivery areas is assessed against a weighted score-sheet that allows improvements, as well as areas of particularly good performance, to be identified. KPI’s and/or Service Level agreements are seen by Morrison as a vital part of agreeing with each client what is required as `a standard’ – however it is only a baseline and performance and improvement is always aimed higher.
In larger contracts there are also opportunities to introduce a qualitative Customer Feedback system whereby clients at any given premise(s) have the chance each month to offer commendations or otherwise directly to Morrison on the performance of any aspect of a contract. This identifies specific areas of the whole FM package that might not be captured in the KPI reporting and allows members of the management field team to address anything of note, in person.
