My Story:

I have recently joined Morrison as a plumber on repairs and maintenance responding to emergency appointments.  One of the most important parts of my role is to make sure that our customers and I are safe at all times and this means keeping everything tidy and free from any immediate dangers.  Its important for everyone to remember that they are working in someone’s home and so making sure tenant’s are happy with the work I have done is what I want to achieve every time!

I thoroughly enjoy working for Morrison and I just love my new van!  I was really chuffed to get the job at Morrison as I have already had lots of opportunities to develop my skills and attending really useful and interesting training course.

If I was to think about the qualities that are needed for my role, then I would have to say being able to talk to all types of people in all different situations is really important.  Just recently I helped an old lady by clearing her path in the snow as she was unable to leave the house and get to the shops.  It only took 5 minutes of my time and yet it made a huge difference to her and she was delighted to be able get out the house safely.
