My Story:

I have been with Morrison for the past 5 years and joined via TUPE transfer. I currently work on voids properties for the Redbridge team, where I help maintain and refurbish rooms in empty homes such as kitchens and bathrooms.

I think having a good work ethic is a really important quality to have when you are doing a job like mine, as you always have to make sure you can deliver a great service within the set timescales of the job to meet all your KPI’s. I always try and put safety first when I’m working, so make sure I prepare for each job by having the right equipment and keeping alert.

I really like working closely with my team members, they all have a really good level of expertise and trade skills that mean we can all focus on our individual areas and deliver on time. We are all driven and determined people and can adapt to change easily, which is useful, as there’s never a dull moment on voids properties, you never know what you’re going to find.

I have lots of hobbies that keep me busy outside of work. I’m a sports car fan and like spending time restoring them as well as racing them. I also like going fishing or doing a few DIY projects at home, I find all these things give me a great work/life balance.
