Good education and development is vital to a community. Where we are able to, we supplement the great efforts of schools, colleges and local authorities.

You'll find us coaching and supporting work skills at local schools.  This could be by providing literacy mentors for primary school children. We run entrepreneurial skills workshops.

We help colleges to train the next generation of skilled workers, both by providing work experience placements, helping students with subject matter expertise, or helping teach on the Construction and Built Environment diploma scheme.

It's all part of leaving a good legacy wherever we work.
