Morrison is in lots of places all over the UK and Ireland. Our most important contribution to the local economy is that we employ local people. Our people have a stake in where they work, because they either live there or nearby.

Secondly, we contribute through our local supply chains. We identify and invite local suppliers to be part of what we do. Our procurement is deliberately designed not to discriminate against local small and medium sized business. Their own professionalism and standards are reinforced by working with us, which helps them win in other areas.

We encourage local apprentices. In fact we’re dead proud of them. Ryan Eames (Norwich),  Kyra Marshal (Newcastle), Ross Chalmers (Glasgow), Kirk Marsh (Manchester), Josepth Pigrem (London) are some of our outstanding recent apprentices.
