A growing part of our business is facilities management services.   In simple terms, this means that increasing numbers of public bodies are handing over management of their buildings and office functions to us. They can focus on what they’re good at; educating, healing people and running communities – and let us handle the cleaning, maintenance and archiving.  

We perform this role for schools, colleges, health centres, council offices and MOD housing across the country. They gain real efficiencies in the short and long term.  The key services are:

 - Capital Works and Lifecycle Replacement
 - Cleaning
 - Furniture Moves
 - Document Management and Archiving
 - Mailroom

The work is co-ordinated by on site facilities staff. Coupled with a fast helpdesk, they ensure that routine and less routine issues are logged, monitored and resolved, keeping in touch all the while.
