Health & Safety for Customers
Your health and safety come before anything else. If you get a visit from one of our operatives, they'll explain what they're doing, and any precautions or steps you need to take. (For example, we might have to turn off your electricity or water, or clear some space to do a repair.)
Our people are trained to:
* fully explain what they are going to do (and what you need to do)
* explain if there's any change to that plan
* ensure everything's nice and safe
* clean and tidy up afterwards
