We actively encourage our employees to volunteer and give up their time for a good cause and so have in place the Time2Give volunteer scheme.

This initiative encourages employees to use their skills and talents to give something back to the community, whether that means reading in schools, garden makeovers or coaching a sports team.

In return, for every hour that you give of your own time, Morrison will match that time (up to 30 hours a year) for you to do further community activities, in work time. As an organisation we work at the heart of communities.
