We carry this priority through to our customer relationships. Issues of health and safety are clearly explained to residents, and highlighted in our safety postcard (You can download an example on the right).

Our people are trained to explain the specifics of safety to residents – for example, to keep children or animals away from the work, to follow instructions about electricity or gas supplies, to ventilate rooms where necessary. We’ll always ensure that supplies are on and repairs are safe before we leave.
