We put a lot of effort into this .The Connect Magazine (download on the right) keeps you up to date with the business and what Morrison people are doing all over the country. It’s stuffed with good reading.

Monthly team briefings are another important way of letting you know what’s going on at national and local levels, and are an opportunity for you to feed back ideas and issues. These are the backbone of communication in the company.

Toolbox talks are informal training and discussion sessions. They last 30-45 minutes and are usually about safe working practices, but are also used to update you on other subjects like quality or customer care.

Of course, what matters most is talking and listening to each other. Keep it up.
